Our Pastor: Reverend Micah Drengler
Micah, a sixth-generation pastor, grew up in North Carolina. He attended college at Concordia University Wisconsin, where he met his wife, Dana. Dana, a native of the Chicago area, is an Occupational Therapist. They have been married since 2018. Micah attended Concordia Seminary, St. Louis, where he served as a vicar at Christ Memorial Lutheran Church. Upon receiving his Masters of Divinity, he was called to serve as Associate Pastor at Living Word Lutheran Church in the Woodlands, Texas where he was ordained. He served there from 2021 to 2024. In 2024 Micah accepted the call to serve as Pastor at Redeemer and was installed on November 3rd.
Pastor Drengler has served from the pulpit to the classroom, the nursery to the cemetery, from the desk to the international mission field. While a pastor is called to do many things, Micah is at his most "pastoral" when he is involved in the lives of his people and the larger community he serves. He is serious about the Word of God and the lives of people, and thrives where the two meet.
The Drenglers are avid fishermen, you will often find them on the water in their free time, rain or shine!
